As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours after receipt of payment (except for those works that require a production process and that is described in the characteristics of the work), through quality transport companies .
The prices of the works include the costs of handling and packaging, according to the type of work that is sent to ensure its safety. In many cases the packaging is made of wood, with protective elements inside, to ensure a transport of the work. The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15 of Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).
You just have to send us the product in perfect conditions and in its original packaging, including warranty, of use. In addition, in the case of change, the client will have to bear the costs of sending the return.
In case the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.
Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and check that all the above conditions are met, SHOP.CARLOSGARCIA will accept the return of the product and will proceed to refund the amount according to the payment method made, and where appropriate, to the shipment of the new product:
- If you made the payment by credit card, you will be paid the amount on the same credit card.
- If you made the payment by transfer, we will ask for an account number where to pay the amount. You will receive the refund of the amount within a maximum period of 10 days from the reception in our warehouse of the exchange or return product. Keep in mind that if you paid by credit card it is probable that your bank does not show you the amount of the refund in your balance until the following month.
In the case of defective products or erroneous shipments, all shipping costs will be borne by SHOP.CARLOSGARCIA.
